Community Guidelines
SpotRank has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. These standards apply to posts, comments, replies, profiles, Weekly Draft submissions, events, rankings, and every other community interaction.

ZERO TOLERANCE
SpotRank has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual or explicit content, graphic violence, scams, impersonation, spam, illegal content, privacy violations, or content intended to harm another person. Do not target, intimidate, stalk, or abuse another user.
1. Share authentic car content
Post genuine car-related photos and information. Do not submit stolen photos, intentionally false sightings, misleading posts, impersonation, scams, spam, malicious links, fake engagement, or coordinated vote manipulation.
2. Share only what you may use
Upload content you created or have permission to share. Respect copyright, ownership, trademarks, and other people’s rights. For intellectual-property concerns, send the protected work, challenged content, your contact information, and evidence that you are authorized to act to spotrank.support@gmail.com.
3. Respect other people
Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, doxxing, stalking, impersonation, targeted abuse, nudity, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, and illegal content are not allowed. Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
4. Protect privacy and safety
Do not maliciously expose private addresses, clearly identifying license plates, faces, private contact details, or other sensitive personal information. Respect property, venue rules, and applicable photography laws. Consider obscuring plates or faces when context makes identification risky.
Never trespass, encourage dangerous driving, obstruct traffic, stalk or confront another person, or perform any reckless or illegal behavior to create a post.
5. Reports and blocks
Report posts, comments, replies, or profiles using the closest available reason. Reports are reviewed in context and do not automatically remove content. Use Block User to stop normal in-app discovery and interaction with an account. Do not abuse reporting tools to harass others.
6. Enforcement
SpotRank may review reports, content, and account activity. Actions may include content removal, feature limits, temporary suspension, or permanent bans. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate termination without warning. Serious violations may be reported to appropriate authorities when legally required. Decisions consider severity, context, history, credible evidence, safety risk, service integrity, and applicable law.
7. Safety concerns and appeals
For safety questions, abuse concerns, or appeals, email spotrank.support@gmail.com. SpotRank is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
